Service Advisor was great work done was poor Worked with the Service Advisor, Liane, who was great to get the vehicle in to check for the reported issue. Although the brand new vehicle, 3 months Worked with the Service Advisor, Liane, who was great to get the vehicle in to check for the reported issue. Although the brand new vehicle, 3 months old, is making smells like there is a camp fire happening under the hood, they looked into the issue and told us that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. Told us they ran it and check it and it was OK. Hard to believe and now I have to take it to another dealer to confirm this, because it is still happening and is not right. This is the 2nd time I have taken my vehicle there to get service where it hasn't gone well. Last time they replaced lock nuts on the 3 year old vehicle because the technician said it was stripped. Wanted to charge me $85 for the issue. After I reviewed the original lock nuts when i picked it up, i was unsure what they were talking about. Service manager confirmed they were OK when i picked it up and they had to reverse the bill because i complained and asked him to look at it. Thank goodness I asked for the old nuts back to look at. Disappointing because we have 2 Ford vehicles and would prefer to not have to drive out of the area to get serviced. More

Good service The employees were friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue with the staff or service at Northstar Ford. My only concern is that they estimated it would cost $150 to diagnose the problem with my seatbelts not retracting well; the cost to actually fix the problem would have been above that. That price seemed excessive to me, so I declined to have them look at the seatbelts. More

Great Service Took my F 150 in to have the rear sliding window serviced as it would not close every time. I had to operate the switch many times to get it to close Took my F 150 in to have the rear sliding window serviced as it would not close every time. Top Notch in customer service I have never owned a Ford before so was not sure what to expect for service. My vehicle had a faulty tire pressure sensor and it was immediately fixed I have never owned a Ford before so was not sure what to expect for service. My vehicle had a faulty tire pressure sensor and it was immediately fixed and still under warranty. Liane Asquin was fantastic to deal with and answered any questions I had and even provided me with information that I was not aware of since I am still getting accustomed to my vehicle. I read reviews prior to bring my vehicle to Northstar and it had great customers reviews and I can certainly attest to the service I received from Liane. Never been to a better place so focused on customer service. THANK YOU LIANE!!!!! More
