Awesome group of people, willingly offer service advice. If I could rate it zero I would On a drive out of town, check engine light came on in my Eco boost .. I brought it in to have the diagnostic done .... they quoted me $700, told me t On a drive out of town, check engine light came on in my Eco boost .. I brought it in to have the diagnostic done .... they quoted me $700, told me that I needed to have several items replaced (an ignition coil replaced, boots and spark plug). Not to mention the $200 for a diagnostic which came with $30 in shop fees (they don't use consumable items to run these tests, they simply plug the vehicle into a machine) I chose to have the work done elsewhere, the vehicle needed a $19 spark plug. Lucky for my wallet that I only wasted $230 at ford crow foot. and not the nearly $1000 that was quoted to me. More

Service advisors Lianne is one of the best advisors I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable and was able to advise me what I should have done to my car which was sp Lianne is one of the best advisors I have ever had. I was honestly not coming in for service that much to the dealership given these inconsistencies but now will as long as I can deal with Lianne. More
