I visited Criswell to look for a new vehicle for the family. I was given superb customer service by Leon Travis!! He worked with myself and my husband on getting a vehicle that was what we wanted as w family. I was given superb customer service by Leon Travis!! He worked with myself and my husband on getting a vehicle that was what we wanted as well as within the price range we could afford. The business day was nearing the end and he didn't hesitate to allow us the time to test drive, discuss and double check and triple check that we were getting the vehicle we wanted..the staff was patient and allowed us to take that vehicle home that night so we could start enjoying it immediately! Saw they had a huge selection of new Jeep Grand Cherokees online so I called and spoke with Leon. Set up a day and time to make the 2 1/2 hour drive. I was very impressed. I was not pressured which is my biggest pet peeve. This was my 30th birthday present to myself and Leon helped make it happen. I dropped by unexpected but Leon was very courteous and patient; helped me out tremendously. Worked with me to find the right Jeep I wanted, found all the safety features I needed on the Jeep and at the ri patient; helped me out tremendously.
