I had a bad experience with Leon. Leon emailed me that my Jeep had shipped and it would arrive in 2 to 3 days. The Jeep plant is a short 7-hour drive from Criswell. With this information, I started the process of selling my current Jeep to Vroom. Long story short, fours weeks later, No new Jeep and Vroom picked up my current Jeep. Leon was wrong, (he kept to his story that the Jeep would arrive any day) the Jeep never shipped and I was without any car. Leon’s manager agreed to refund my deposit and let me out of the contract. I couldn’t keep waiting with no car. More
