I recently had to get my sunroof replaced at Mercedes-Benz of Columbus and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch and exceeded my expec Mercedes-Benz of Columbus and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch and exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the staff at the service department were extremely friendly and welcoming. They greeted me with a smile and made me feel like a valued customer. They were also very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions and concerns about my car. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with complimentary waters available. The service department also had a shuttle service available for those who needed to leave their car for an extended period of time. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency of the service. What impressed me the most was the honesty and transparency of the service department. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services or repairs, which I have experienced at other dealerships. Instead, they were upfront about the cost and provided me with options to fit my budget. Overall, I highly recommend the service department at this car dealership. They provide exceptional customer service, have a knowledgeable and friendly staff, and offer efficient and honest service. I will definitely be returning for all of my future car maintenance needs.
