The manager and the service rep had great customer service. The problem is with the dealership. The service has gone downhill since we bought the car. I consider this car a money pit. They communicating skills are not good at all by meaning not letting a customer know what to expect and how long it may takes to fix the problem. The service was excellent; however, I don't think it really needed an oil change right now. Plus the tire pressure indicator light came on requiring attention. Otherwise, I was very satisfied!! Excellent quality work but no military discount and they asked me for about 40 per cent more than RBM Mercedes Benz of Atlanta for service work, they refused to match prices but both are authorized Mercedes asked me for about 40 per cent more than RBM Mercedes Benz of Atlanta for service work, they refused to match prices but both are authorized Mercedes dealers. I felt like I was being financially abused in the service department as I am 80 years old and can’t afford to be financially exploited. More
