I have been at this dealership since its opening in 2017 and love the atmosphere and family-like connections. I am originally from the Mid-West but moved to the Phoenix valley in 2005. I enjoy spending time with loved ones and fixing up personal cars. My favorite thing about the VOLVO brand is the longevity of the product and their attractive appearance. My favorite car is a VOLVO V70.

Volvo Valet Service was Outstanding I tried Volvo Valet for the first time for service on my XC60 and it was by far the best experience. The driver was very nice and friendly. My Service Advisor Jud White was EXCELLENT and kept me inform every step of the way. Lance Kalafut was amazing as always when working on my XC60. These two amazing guys really show that they really care. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST I WOULDN'T GO ANY WHERE ELSE!!! More

excellent customer service went in to look for a vehicle for my wife, Ed Himes was very helpful we found the right vehicle ,it was a used vehicle so you always worry about stuff went in to look for a vehicle for my wife, Ed Himes was very helpful we found the right vehicle ,it was a used vehicle so you always worry about stuff breaking down once you leave the lot,a week later engine light came on i called Ed Himes expecting a fight over who should fix it,i was blown away by his response he told me to bring it in he was very apologetic,brought it to service department and they took care of everything.Great service staff from the front desk to the mechanics i would definatley recomend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.. A Real Service Department I want to personally thank Jud and all the people in Service Dept for taking the time and finally fixing the C30 that I was purchasing. I was extreme I want to personally thank Jud and all the people in Service Dept for taking the time and finally fixing the C30 that I was purchasing. I was extremely pleased that they took the time and figured out the real problem, not do what the other dealer did and through new parts on it. The team at Courtesy took the time and drilled down all possibilities until they found the small pressure sensor in the AC system that was the problem. This is what I call truly exceptional work, taking the problem from someone else and figuring it out. Although this dealership has only been open for 2 months, they are well on the way to making a real name for themselves. Keep up the great work and I look forward to working with you again. More
