First Service I was greeted by a friendly service advisor, told the approximate time expected, went to the waiting area and was able to access WI-FI. When complete, I was greeted by a friendly service advisor, told the approximate time expected, went to the waiting area and was able to access WI-FI. Brakes Service I expected to have all my brakes were in need of replacement due to pulsation on braking. The service advisor informed me that the rear brakes were t I expected to have all my brakes were in need of replacement due to pulsation on braking. The service advisor informed me that the rear brakes were the cause. They replaced the rear rotors and pads and that it would fix the pulsation problem. I drove it and the braking was smooth and I was satisfied. I ended up only paying for the 2 rear brake service and can put off replacing the fronts later this year. I also didn't have to wait very long and had a cup of coffee and a snack. More
