My husband and I came to this dealership looking to buy a used car we saw on their website. When it cane down to negotiating, our conversation was straightforward and direct. Ken looked at his numbers and we ended up agreeing to a very fair price in less than 15 minutes. Previously, we had gone to 5 other dealerships, and each had us sitting for extended periods of time in the negotiations process, never ending up with a price that was good for us. With Alice and Ken, there was no pressure and no xx. Dave then helped with financing, and then when I wanted to change my contract the next week, he helped me again - no problem. More

Viewed the deal on the internet. When it came down to negotiations, Rob and Ken were fair and got me in the vehicle same day, including having it detailed, despite the snow storm. Rather than try to sell me a car, which is the approach taken by most car salesman, he help me buy the car I was interested in purchasing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He than took his time going over all the MDX's on the lot with me. He pointed out the features of each of the cars and made recommendations, based upon what I told him was of interest to me. WE were not treated kindly at all, they pushed us and tried to intimidate into buying a car, I was in the last stages of my closing and they did not make me aware that they sold the car until after I had tried to intimidate into buying a car, I was in the last stages of my closing and they did not make me aware that they sold the car until after I had sent my information to my bank.
