I flew 2200 miles to by a car from Davis Acura Well let's start by saying I found the car online a Lexus which was the right color, right price and right mileage just one problem it was 2200 miles Well let's start by saying I found the car online a Lexus which was the right color, right price and right mileage just one problem it was 2200 miles away. I live in El Paso Tex, my sales person was Ms. Alice Arch who turned out to be a huge blessing, and she had no problem sending me more picture upon request to make my evaluation easy from 2200 miles away. The personnel time Ms Arch took to make this buy a smooth transition was absolutely wonderful. I love the personal attention she gave me in making me feel confident enough to buy a plane ticket to come to Pa to buy a car. The purchase took place a year ago and she still calls to make sure that all is well with me and the car. Ms Arch and Mr Daniels had everything ready upon my arrival and they also had a young man pick me up from the airport. Ms Arch was so nice, to this day I consider her a family friend!!!!!!!!!! After looking at an Audi for comparison and having a less than wonderful experience at a local Audi dealership, I came back to Davis and sought out Ken for a second test drive. Ken was straightforward, answered our questions honestly and gave us the needed time to make our decision. Dave Spencer explained the financial terms and warrantees in easy-to-understand terms and helped me make an informed decision about additional coverage. The entire experience was quite positive, and I left with a beautiful car with low mileage that will be protected for the many years I hope to drive it. I also felt that should anything arise in the future that I have two people I can call with no reservation that they will respond to my needs or inquiries. Overall...a great experience. More

It's like buying a car from a friend What can I say? Alice was great and was the farthest experience possible compared to what the car buying process usually is. I drove over an hour to come to this dealership and Alice greeted me first and spent the next 5 hours with me as I picked out a car. I ended up purchasing a different vehicle than I came in for but there was never a second where Alice lost patience. The final number was not a grueling process like it sometimes can be and this dealership keeps its cars in amazing shape from what I could tell. I love my new CPO Acura and when I woke up the following morning, there was not an ounce of buyers remorse. Looking forward to referring friends there in the future because I know they will not be let down. More
