Absolutely wonderful experience buying a pre-owned, certified car! Initially worked with Alice on prelim negotiations and test drive. Alice is very down to earth, friendly, and exhibited no pressure sa certified car! Initially worked with Alice on prelim negotiations and test drive. Alice is very down to earth, friendly, and exhibited no pressure sales tactics whatsoever. What a refreshing attitude and experience. Worked with Ken on final negotiations and he too was very prompt with email replies and worked very hard to find common ground. Result was a fair deal that was a win-win for both parties. Concluded the deal working with Dave in Finance. What a pleasant experience also. Outlined very clearly all aspects of deal and was so impressed with additional bumper to bumper warranty program, something I never buy, decided to opt for it since this car was for my wife. Finally, this review would not be complete if I did not extoll the virtues of Alice who agreed to meet me at a central location close to my home to exchange the trade in and car purchase since this was a X-Mas surprise for my wife. Coming out on X-mas morning to fulfill the final aspect of the sale was totally unexpected and clearly an indication of above and beyond service this dealership will go to for a complete customer satisfying experience! I cannot speak highly enough of everyone I worked with. Fantastic buying experience. And. by the way, my wife was taken by complete surprise when she came outside to see her "new" car for X-mas. My sincere thanks to Davis Acura and their wonderful team. More

As a result of Hurricane Sandy, finding an IDEAL replacement auto for once lost in the storm is not easy. I knew what I wanted to replace the 2011 Acura TSX that I purchased as a CPO vehicle in Augu replacement auto for once lost in the storm is not easy. I knew what I wanted to replace the 2011 Acura TSX that I purchased as a CPO vehicle in August this year, and that I owned for all of about 70 days. If you were OK with unwanted colors or no technology package or a manual transmission, there were vehicels to be had. But Davis had the exact car I wanted. Black, Tech Pkg, Automatic, Ultra-low miles. But it was a 2012 and the insurance company paid me for a 2011 so my budget was tight. I visited the Davis CPO showroom on 11/24. I met Ken and we went for a test drive. As expected for a vehicle with 7,000 miles, the car was perfect. In fact, it had never been titled. But we were unable to (during the initial visit) meet my price point. My wife and I left reluctantly. On Monday, 11/26, I chatted on-line with Tim, and told him that I really wanted the car, but I needed a bit more of a discount than they were willing to agree to on Saturday. He immediately reached out to his sales manager and called me back with the good news - we had a deal. But here is the best part. I had a negotiated a deal with a NJ dealer. The NJ dealer wanted $400 for doc fees AND another $100 "detailing fee". Are you kidding ??? The doc fee at Davis was around $100, plus NJ transfer fee, and the car was perfectly detailed when I picked it up. Davis did a great deal for me, and the car has been a dream. I will definitely be going back again... More

My experience started off miserable, as my purchase of '03 Blazer went sour....I had constant mechanical issues with the SUV and every week was bringing back vehicle. The dealer supplied a loaner but frustrated of the purchase..they bought back vehicle and allowed my wife and I to purchase another vehicle to our liking...They were accomodating witht he situation and even discounted our new purchase...The handling manager Tom was understanding and because of this, I will recommend the delaer in the future and would even consider purchasing another fromt here. More

My boyfriend and I were looking for a new used vehicle for our expanding family. We had decided before visiting Davis Acura that we were interested in purchasing a Acura RDX. My boyfriend and I have only had negative car buying experiences in the past and to be honest, we were not looking forward to having another one. When I first called Davis, I spoke with Ken in sales. He immediately put down what he was doing and answered all of my questions about the car and even took the time to test drive the vehicle and get a full report from the mechanic on the maintenance history. When we visited Davis and met Ken and his co-workers for the first time, there was no "fast" sales pitches thrown our way or any "slimy" techniques used to rip us off. They were very upfront about the price and what they could do for us. We were in and out within a matter of two hours and I honestly feel that we received the best possible deal on the vehicle we were looking for. Ken and his co-workers took the times to clearly explain all of the warranties and finical options available to us. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Thanks! After two weeks of being stressed out because of horrible experiences with 2 other dealers. We found the car we wanted at Davis Acura. We received a great deal on a beautiful preowned Infiniti G35 sedan and the entire experience was nothing short of wonderful. Its nice to know that there are still reputable people out there who take pride in their work. Their attention to detail,professionalism and courtesy was greatly appreciated. I went to Davis Acura looking to purchase a different car, I explained what I was looking for and Ken helped me find and then purchase this car. I have poor credit and the team helped me to secure finan car, I explained what I was looking for and Ken helped me find and then purchase this car. I have poor credit and the team helped me to secure financing and were very helpful along the way. I started the process by researching several cars online, and filling out a credit application. Tim Titus called me and explained about the nuances of financing a car and what I should be loooking for in the way of milage and year, he then set me up with an appointment with Ken. Ken and I looked at and then drove several cars until I found the right one, a 2005 Acura TSX. The finance office was closed by this time and Ken let me take the car home and drive it at my leisure, making my decision even easier. One day later we purchased the car. More

After talking to Jessica on the phone I was directed to the wrong car. But that's okay they had 3 similar models, so I can understand the confusion. I stopped at the wrong used lot and Ken was kind enough to drive me to the main Acura showroom that had the car I wanted. Ken was extremely helpful and understanding. He is not your typical used car salesman. What I mean by that, is I have bought 4 cars in my life and the first three the salesman were dirty, unforgiving people. They were cutthroat. Ken on the other is extremely friendly, not pushy and he gives the appearance that he genuinely cares for you. He made the experience seem that he was out to get me the best deal, i.e. him and I vs Davis Acura, not me vs all. I cannot stress enough how friendly Ken is. I recommend him to anyone who wants to buy from Davis Acura. If you want a good deal, bring in a competing ad. Jessica told me they could only take a few $100 out of the internet price. That will quickly change if you bring in a competing ad. They do not want to lose your business. I got $2k in addition to the internet ad. While I still feel I left money on the table, I still got a good deal. More
