After talking to the service advisor, we agreed upon I could have my car towed to Inver Grove Kia, even though they were X amount of cars deep and backed up in service The service visor told me they would could have my car towed to Inver Grove Kia, even though they were X amount of cars deep and backed up in service The service visor told me they would get my car in in the next two or three days I waited two days called the store. They advised me they could not get my car in even though I was told to have my car towed in there. After the f fourth day, I went up and retrieve my car with the tow truck driver wanted to get my keys from the service advisor. He laughed and said good luck, finding your car and handing me the keys, I don’t know anybody that would have their car towed somewhere and not have them look at it to have it towed to another shop Bad one on this one Kia More

Took 3 weeks to get an appointment. I needed a new engine in my Kia due to engine failure. When the car was returned to me I had problems starting the car due to the battery. The car I needed a new engine in my Kia due to engine failure. When the car was returned to me I had problems starting the car due to the battery. The car went back and service center stated it was probably from when we put in a new battery (9 months ago) and cables were loose and it wasn’t their fault. I made a poor assumption that when you put in a new engine in a vehicle and also spend $1500 in additional maintenance that an overall check would be done on connection points. However that must not be part of the maintenance. Service manager never called us back. In addition the passenger window no longer works after service. Service center was very accusatory with me and let me know this wasn’t their fault. More
