If you don’t see your customer in the waiting room, please check back in 5-10 min instead of assuming they left! This way they are not sitting waiting on you to let them no there car is finished or at please check back in 5-10 min instead of assuming they left! I wa there for just an oil change, i went to the restroom, apparently when he came looking for me! I checked my phone nothing, then I got a text 20 min later about a question having something else done to my car? I declined. Nothing then I texted to ask is my car was ready yet? and was told oh you can get anytime??? More

Luther Nissan promptly started to service my car at my appointment time. The tech performed the required 80,000 mile checkpoints.
