I purchased my car 6 months ago and this is my second service here, and quite frankly my last. I made an appointment and was still waiting around for almost 3 hours with a baby and I found out the next d service here, and quite frankly my last. I made an appointment and was still waiting around for almost 3 hours with a baby and I found out the next day that I was OVERCHARGED for my services. I called to speak with a manager about this and just got the run around. More

I arrived 10 minutes early and waited 3. 5 hours for my car to be finished. I had to inquire 3 times. When I received the invoice it showed that it was only work on for 1.7 hours. So why did 5 hours for my car to be finished. I had to inquire 3 times. When I received the invoice it showed that it was only work on for 1.7 hours. So why did I wait almost 2 hours more? This is after I was told that I would be called when the part for my recall came in and after 7 weeks of radio silence I called to see if it was in. This treatment also comes after driving back to the service center after the first time I brought it in for a recall because the technician left his light in my car. I figured after doing a favor and driving back 15 minutes to return a lost item I wouldn’t have to wait 7 weeks, fulfill someone else’s job for them, and then wait almost 2 hours on top of the time it actually took to work on the car. I will not be returning and neither will either of the other members of my household. More

I had a noise in my car. I brought it to Glen Toyota. They diagnosed it quickly and replaced the transmission quickly. They gave me a loaner at no charge. I couldn't be happi I brought it to Glen Toyota. They diagnosed it quickly and replaced the transmission quickly. They gave me a loaner at no charge. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism! I dealt with one other Toyota dealer and found them to be far inferior to the service I had at Glen Toyota! Thank you all More
