Should maintaining your car be a hassle? Dealing with Gerson Maldonado, Audrianna and Dave I have confidence that my car is their priority. I arrived earlier on Saturday than my appointme Dealing with Gerson Maldonado, Audrianna and Dave I have confidence that my car is their priority. I arrived earlier on Saturday than my appointment scheduled and was promptly greeted by Dave. He has a great welcoming attitude and promptly takes care of the initial sign in. He confirmed what the appointment is for and explained the process of how my car would be processed. He told me Gerson Maldonado would be meeting with me to review the pending service, Like clockwork, Gerson Maldonado met with me and reviewed the service I was asking for. He gave me a real-time expectation of when everything would be completed. Within an hour, much less than predicted, the car was ready. Gerson Maldonado met with me to review what had been completed. Finally, I met Audrianna the receptionist/cashier. She is also most gracious and accommodating. This is how the process should work. All sales people at Sarant Cadillac need to bring their potential buyers to meet the exemplary Service Department Staff at Sarant Cadillac. I think any potential purchaser would be assured Sarant Cadillac stands with their customers and their vehicles. More
