You truly are treated like family! I'm not sure if it's because I have been going to Sarant Cadillac since 2004 but they truly make you feel like you're family. No matter what I need, f I'm not sure if it's because I have been going to Sarant Cadillac since 2004 but they truly make you feel like you're family. No matter what I need, from sales to service, everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I leased two vehicles from John Nassour in the last 14 months and I am very happy with the result of the sales. I am so glad John convinced me to go with the CTS4 2.0T. I was very skeptical about getting into a 4 cylinder vehicle but as it turns out, he was on the money and I love the engine. AND.....my wife loves her 2017 XT5! I must admit that I miss Bill Boccio (former senior service guy) tremendously however, knowing and occasionally dealing with Joe Mistretta over the years gives me the comfortability to continue to rely solely on Sarant's Service Department for my service needs! More

Excellent Customer Service at Sarant I was leasing an SRX which was expiring in a 3 months. I brought the car in for an inspection and spoke to Joe - service. I let him know that I did no I was leasing an SRX which was expiring in a 3 months. I brought the car in for an inspection and spoke to Joe - service. I let him know that I did not think I like the new XT5. We talked for a while and he gave me all the new features and pluses about the car. He told me to sit with Antonio because Jim was off. Antonio let me take the XT5 for a test ride. Joe was right. Antonio was able to make the new lease compatible to what I was already paying with my employer discount and promotions at the time. I agreed to the lease and ordered the car. There were some issues with delivery which were out of their control but they went above and beyond to make me whole during the waiting time. When I picked up the car Jim spent time showing me how to work the car and set up different things. He was very helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership. This is my 2nd lease with them and am totally satisfied with all their customer service!! More
