Joseph was really nice and two thumbs up for him but Jennifer and “the manager”? were just okay. Few questions were asked to her but weren’t answered. Didn’t ask about the gap insurance and seems like t Jennifer and “the manager”? were just okay. Few questions were asked to her but weren’t answered. Didn’t ask about the gap insurance and seems like they were things that she needed to know more so she could answer things right. But the rest, she was still okay. I just hope they could’ve offered to fix or replace my back window’s scratch before we got that out of the dealership where we figured it all out. But no, and just offered me a two wine glasses that didn’t fix the issue. I just hope that you guys would’ve really cared for your customer’s satisfaction and not just for sales. That is very rare nowadays and I’ve expected way too much from you guys, i guess. More

Great experience at Mercedes of Portland. I have previously shopped at Mercedes of Beaverton (the salesman there couldn’t be bothered to move 2 cars so my wife and I could test drive the SUV I have previously shopped at Mercedes of Beaverton (the salesman there couldn’t be bothered to move 2 cars so my wife and I could test drive the SUV she wanted terrible customer service). This is my second time visiting the service center and it was completely different from my first visit. The first visit I came in because of some weird sounds coming from my tire whilst turning. I took it in was completely different from my first visit. The first visit I came in because of some weird sounds coming from my tire whilst turning. I took it in and they claimed to have checked it but it still made the same noises — and, they didn’t even fill up my tires to the correct amount. This time around I had a new service representative and she was quick, attentive, and provided much more customer service than the last person. Unfortunately, I don’t feel welcomed when I come to this particular location ever, but her customer service made me feel like someone actually cared about me as a customer. The job was done quick and well. More
