I would give 5 stars but the communication was not great, and I feel that is very important. My car was in for a pretty big job and was given a loaner which was very helpful. I had to call and get updates o and I feel that is very important. My car was in for a pretty big job and was given a loaner which was very helpful. I had to call and get updates on how things were going and what to expect, nobody called me. The last time I called they stated it should be done the following day. I asked, "will I get a call regardless so I know if I should be coming down (it was a Friday)" and he stated absolutely. I waited all day and nothing. I called at 4:30pm looking for an update and was told it wasn't ready yet. More
