I had the pleasure of working with Jolene Tang and she made the experience perfect and unique. I contacted her at the end of February as my current lease was coming to an end, we couldn’t find anything in made the experience perfect and unique. I contacted her at the end of February as my current lease was coming to an end, we couldn’t find anything in my budget at the time, I extended the lease for another two months and Jolene was nice enough to reach out to me every few weeks with new offers until finally she found the perfect car at a great price. At no point she felt frustrated and kept in contact with me, once we agreed on the price the final contract was exactly to what we agreed no last minute pressure tactics and the delivery process was amazing the car was actually for my mother who lives almost 100 miles away, Jolene drove the car to her put on a huge rainbow and made the delivery very special, she also took the old car back making the process very easy. 6th Mini cooper and many other cars purchased this was the best transaction by far. Jolene provided exceptional service during the entire process of buying a new Mini convertible.
