Something hardly ever said, we look forward to taking either of our “babies” in for their checkups. We always know we will be taken care of, no rush no pressure. I had no intention of going to Mini of Allentown to purchase a vehicle that day. But after seeing the inventory and speaking with Lauren Leabman (who, by the way, is a fantastic salesperson) and taking purchase a vehicle that day. But after seeing the inventory and speaking with Lauren Leabman (who, by the way, is a fantastic salesperson) and taking the car for a test drive. I was thoroughly confident in pulling the trigger on my new-to-me MINI Cooper Countryman. Brian Amill was equally thorough and willing to work hard to make sure that the customer experience carried through to the Finance Department. They worked very hard to not only earn my business, but to earn my trust in them and the product(s) they sell and stand behind. To me the customer service and eventual satisfaction are probably more important than the actual vehicle itself-though MINI's are pretty special! Please make sure that they both know that I truly appreciated them both. Now, it's time to Motor!!! More
