We took our old mini there and were welcomed as one of the family even though we did not purchase our mini there. Jolene was our saleswoman and she assisted us when we decided to purchase a new Mini. She was so kind and helpful. She didn't try to oversell anything and really listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Between her and Rich who was the sales manager, they really made us feel like one of the 'Mini family'. They took care of most of the paperwork without us even having to be there which was very stress relieving. Overall, I loved this place and can't say enough good things about it. I've already begun referring family there. More

Great experience I loved that they weren't at all pushy, if they had been I'd have walked out to go back and think it over. Instead we purchased right then and there. It is a no pressure atmosphere, and they make sure the customer is happy with the car they select. We dealt with Jolene and Rich. The integrity of MINI of Allentown is something not found in most car dealerships these days. My car was a 2014 demo car. They made sure the car was looked over by their mechanic and detailed. The process took a week which I appreciated. They did not rush the process, which most dealers would do so they could quickly close the sale. MINI of Allentown has set the bar as to how a car dealership should operate! I wish everyone could buy a MINI Cooper from this dealership! More
