I negotiated the purchase of a new Lexus, was satisfied with the price and sat down to have the paperwork done. Conversation with the salesman brought up leasing instead of buying. Leasing would be less with a special military discount. I thought about it, had never leased a car, would not spend the purchase price etc. OK I'll try a lease. I saw the car and there was a sticker in the window saying, 'the high-performance tires on the car (it is a hybrid) may wear out in 15K miles'. Asked if they could be replaced, there would be a cost. A day later ran the numbers on the lease and I was out much more than purchase. Tried to change the deal. Sorry, too late check has been cut. A week later I see no check. I blame myself for trusting a car salesman. Never again. More

Johnny did a great job with my new lease and all of my questions. The sales process was easy. The only delay was a couple of hours waiting on the paperwork. Johnny went through the new car in detail wh questions. The sales process was easy. The only delay was a couple of hours waiting on the paperwork. Johnny went through the new car in detail while I was waiting. New car was in great shape and well prepped. Brought my previous 2017 Lexus in for service and Bobby did a thorough service check at no charge. Quite a nice surprise. Was a long day but worth it. Friendly people here. More
