Johnny did a great job with my new lease and all of my questions. The sales process was easy. The only delay was a couple of hours waiting on the paperwork. I trust the service department and am totally impressed with their honesty and integrity- great job. Took my car in thinking I needed major work because local car chain told me I needed front and rear bal with their honesty and integrity- great job. Took my car in thinking I needed major work because local car chain told me I needed front and rear ball joints Lexus found that I did not so I will only service my car here in the future. Lexus does not Upsell their service- I trust them completely. Growing up I was always under the impression to avoid dealer service because it was too expensive and they will always find something wrong - well, that myth is not true about Lexus of Wesley chapel. They are honest, dependable and have good prices on their service fees. Totally recommend them ! More
