Tim Smith is the best I have ever had the pleasure to buy a car from. He makes the process easy and takes care of you like no other. I’m a 84 yo widow that had my 2016 RX350 towed to this dealership for repairs. I was told it would be over $7500 for repairs. I had the car removed to a Toyota deal ship and the repairs were $230.00. They dealership for repairs. I was told it would be over $7500 for repairs. I had the car removed to a Toyota deal ship and the repairs were $230.00. They said the car wasn’t drivable….it was backed off the tow truck and driven to the parking lot at the Toyota dealership. The car has now been driven over 250 miles and is running fine. I find this appalling and had I not had a good support system, and good advice..ie…get that car out of there, I would have had to pay . How many other widows have had this experience. Shameful! More
