I could not have received better service from the moment I walked in, to driving my beautiful new car off the lot. My Sales Advisor Jo Jo was the best! Khan is a great salesman! He went out of his way and got me the deal I wanted :) I was able to keep the same monthly car payment! His general manger, Warren Santos gave me 7 year/100,000 mile bumper to bump me the deal I wanted :) I was able to keep the same monthly car payment! His general manger, Warren Santos gave me 7 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty for my new car! And his finance manager, Maria Angulo gave me the best interest rate! I totally recommend Nissan of Elk Grove to anyone :) More

2020 Nissan Altima Purchase` This is my second purchase from this particular location. Within two hours I met with John Ryan Driebe (sales), Joe Luiz (manager) and Jambert Corpus This is my second purchase from this particular location. Within two hours I met with John Ryan Driebe (sales), Joe Luiz (manager) and Jambert Corpus (Finance). Initially I took my car in for service and upon leaving I went to obtain pricing on a newer model. John met me with a smile and agreed to help. He took his time and searched for exactly what I wanted all while explaining the features on each model. We took a test drive and I agreed to make the purchase. John found me exactly what I wanted which made the process very easy as well drive one of the vehicles back to home. There was no back and force and not at one time was I forced to make a purchased. All three guys eased any anxiety that I may have had about purchasing an second vehicle. I started visiting three years ago and every time I've entered the building I've always been greeted with a smile and great customer service. In all my years of purchasing vehicles I can truly say Nissan of Elk Grove has been the best experience for me. More

Nissan Rogue - John I was able to turn in my lease and get a Nissan Rogue.
