Absolutely LOVE this dealership! I purchased my vehicle from another Nissan dealer and was not impressed with the service department so I came to my local Nissan dealer in Elk Grove I purchased my vehicle from another Nissan dealer and was not impressed with the service department so I came to my local Nissan dealer in Elk Grove and I will never go anywhere else! I have been treated with respect and kindness by every employee I have encountered. I just recently traded in my car for a 2032 Rouge and again my experience was phenomenal! I will always give my business to this dealership! More

Service, has been good until recently! They have duplicated my issues but will tell me oh it’s normal?? Now they telling me I can’t get put into a loaner even if Nissan authorized it? Seriously? That’s a load of BULL IF YOU ASK ME! So I have to leave my car there for days if I decide to bring it there, without a loaner? That’s not right my car is under warranty only 5500 miles and they are not wanting to help a customer that been going to their dealership for almost 7 years. Also got an email from the service manager in email which shows no customer service. I’ve always been provided loaner while my car is in the shop More
