Love my new truck! Nissan Titan Lucy Cortes, with Nissan of Elk Grove was great. We had just made a stop by Nissan to look at Nissan Titans, just after we visited a RAM truck dealer. Lucy Cortes, with Nissan of Elk Grove was great. We had just made a stop by Nissan to look at Nissan Titans, just after we visited a RAM truck dealer. We were very close to purchasing the RAM when we decided to take one more look at the Titan before we went back to RAM to buy the RAM 1500. Lucy acknowledged us right away and we began to talk about trucks, truck quality, comparisons, tech specs and warranties. She listened to us and knew exactly where to direct us. (we engaged in this conversation as I wanted to see what Nissan had to offer, and this is after over a year studying and searching for the right truck - all brands by the way) We were looking for value, the right truck at the right price. Lucy and the team at Elk Grove Nissan not only provided great service and education, they helped us find the right truck which, for a better price than the RAM 1500, had more options, more warranty and was simply more truck than what the 2019 RAM 1500 had to offer. after endless searching and hard work, I purchased a Nissan Titan Pro 4x. (dollar for dollar) to us at least, our Titan was the better overall value vs the similarly priced RAM 1500. Thank you again Lucy Cortes and the team at Elk Grove Nissan. Great after store-closing experience I had stopped by Nissan Of Elk Grove close to closing time and was greeted by a very friendly guy named John Ryan who promptly showed me the cars I w I had stopped by Nissan Of Elk Grove close to closing time and was greeted by a very friendly guy named John Ryan who promptly showed me the cars I was interested in. He was very accommodating as it was past closing time now, but still he did not rush me, so I was able to test drive all the cars I wanted to. Afterwards, we sat down to chat, and never did I feel any pressure to have to buy. The sales manager Sang Chac then stopped by and made the whole process go so much smoother than my past experiences. Overall, a great experience, especially after the store had closed. More

I returned to Elk Grove Nissan first and foremost to thank the staff for the awesome maintenance service and the thought of possibly purchasing another rogue. Once again I was welcomed with open arms and awesome service not to mention a brand new rogue.
