Above and Beyond the Norm First, I'd like to say that Tucson Subaru provided the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. The friendly staff, their demeanor, and their overall mission to take care of the customer speaks highly of this organization. I was never pushed or coerced into making a decision and I received all the answers to my questions. Back story: I was preparing for my military deployment and wanted to look at a few cars before I left with the thought of buying one upon my return. First I was shunned at the BMW dealership and I couldn't have been more of a waste of time in their opinion. The salesman didn't even give me his card. I found my way over to Tucson Subaru to look at the Impreza STi so I could find my back to the Subaru family. No STi in stock. It was that point, after hearing my situation, when the GM let me personally drive his Brand New Launch Edition STi, knowing I wasn't going to buy for upwards of a year. I was floored. Customer service means a lot in my book and I truly felt, not only appreciated, but valued as a customer. I told the GM I would be back, and I kept that promise because of the hospitality him and his staff provided. With all the help from John P., Joe M., and Traci, I would like to say Thank You and I truly appreciate the stand up people you really are. Painless and satisfying; ended up with what I wanted I knew that I wanted a Subaru going in, and found when I got there that Tucson Subaru had a great selection of outbacks. Joe Micoletti was extremely knowledgeable, not just about Subarus, but many other cars as well and was extremely easy to work with. John Petersavage, the sales manager, checked in with me to make sure all my needs had been met and to answer any other questions. No hard sell, and no disappointments. I would go here again. More

Tim in the Finance office explained all the aspects of the leasing process. Sal was very thorough when I first stopped in explaining the Subaru engineering ideas and design. Sal went out of his way to make me comfortable and enhanced the experience by offering other makes and models to ensure I was making the right selection for me. More

I'm a Subaru convert! When we decided it was time for a new car, we took a long time doing research, test driving and generally carefully deliberating over our choice. For our previous four car purchases, we had been loyal to a different dealer/manufacturer, but after meeting with Steve Norris at Tucson Subaru, we were immediately exposed to a new and more pleasurable philosophy about selling cars. Steve listened! He worked with our needs, within our schedule. We made 2-3 visits; Steve initiated 2-3 contacts -- not to pressure us but to let us know when a model had arrived more specific to our needs, or when a particular special would end. Once we were ready to 'pull the trigger,' not only was Steve at his thorough and professional best, all the people with whom we subsequently interacted all worked to ensure a pleasurable buying experience. I'd recommend them to anyone -- and have! More

Fabulous salesman, great dealership! If Subaru had a category for "National Salesman of the Year", Joe Micoletti would get my vote! I wasn't quite ready to buy when I first visited If Subaru had a category for "National Salesman of the Year", Joe Micoletti would get my vote! I wasn't quite ready to buy when I first visited Tucson Subaru because I wanted to see if the information in Consumer Reports about Subaru really rang true and I wanted to test drive several models that CR recommended (and not just Subarus). From the moment I met Joe, his friendliness and easy-going manner alleviated any concerns I had about getting pushed into making a deal. We went for several test drives in several different models and I told Joe that I was still going to visit other dealerships before I would make a decision. And even though I kept coming back to test drive under different conditions (sunny, rainy and night time), Joe was always friendly and answered every question I had. He kept assuring me that he would work with me until we found the right vehicle for me. His customer service skills are fabulous and his easy-going manner made this car buying experience exceptionally easy and fun! And after I read the manual, marking many pages where clarification was needed, Joe spent the time answering each question and concern I had. And should any issues appear on the horizon, I am quite confident that I will be able to visit with Joe and have those concerns addressed. I would recommend that anyone who wanted to buy a Subaru in Tucson look up Joe Micoletti and experience what fabulous customer service really looks like! And my thanks also to Terry, John and Louie for making me feel like a welcome guest. Every single employee I saw or spoke to was friendly and had a smile on his or her face. CJ Nichols knows every detail about each one of these vehicles, and was totally straightforward and helpful in matching me up with the right car. He clearly stands behind the Subaru brand. Price and features were great, and Tim Hanson in finance helped with an offer that was available at the time and made all the details of that process go very smoothly - I'd even say it was painless. I've had many years of experience working with the service department as well and look forward to continuing that with the new vehicle. Dan Ford runs a great team and Ivan Salazar is an excellent addition. Very professional all around. Never had a bad experience with this dealership in any way and it's great to have the new location with the new service shop too. More
