Hello, I am John Nus General Sales Manager for Cedar Rapids Toyota. I have been with Cedar Rapids Toyota for over 30 years!! My career started in sales and I have progressed through the ranks over all those years. The reason I have been able to stay at one car dealership for so long is really quite simple; I love Toyota, the people I work with and the customers who have given me the opportunity to serve them. Thoroughly pleased I had my highlander in service to repair an issue that made my vehicle undrivable. Any of my concerns were met with an answer that satisfied me. At no time did he make me feel like my vehicle was less valuable than the one I was purchasing. He was always friendly and caring. He stayed with us from the time we walked into the door until we left Toyota with our new vehicle. Even got us a cup of coffee. Best place to buy an automobile, customers always come first! More
