I had our 2018 Ford Escape in for the power train reprogram and subsequently had the engine replaced. I was very impressed with the speed at which they did the repair. It was approximately 48 hrs f reprogram and subsequently had the engine replaced. I was very impressed with the speed at which they did the repair. It was approximately 48 hrs from the time they let me know it definitely needed the engine replaced til they called me to tell me it was done. More

Service is great. This is our second lease from Ganley Ford. Sam Adrian couldn't have been more helpful in guiding us through the lease process and took a lot of time explaining to us all the features on Ford.
