Our initial meeting with Mitchell made it possible to know when a vehicle arrived at the dealership that we might be interested in. Austin was courteous and informative about that particular vehicle. He spent a great deal of time with us so that we were comfortable with that purchase. Bill brought home that sale with a smooth approach that didn't leave our heads spinning. A true professional.
