This dealership fails to provide service, let alone good service. Made an appointment 2 months in advance. Dropped the vehicle off early, gave them a week to change a battery, and they still had not broug service. Made an appointment 2 months in advance. Dropped the vehicle off early, gave them a week to change a battery, and they still had not brought the vehicle the vehicle in to be serviced. This is the second time dealing with this service center, the first time we waited 4 months to get an in stock warranty item repaired. xxxx Poor Management stemming from the top. More

First off I love the dealership as far as sales and the quick lane service. However the dealership service department is like dealing with a completely different company. I made an appointment 2 months in quick lane service. However the dealership service department is like dealing with a completely different company. I made an appointment 2 months in advance. Dropped my truck off the night before the appointment. They told me they were a little behind. I said ok. They had my truck for 3 days and never even looked at it to see the issue. Didn't even do the oil change. I picked the truck up because it was the Friday before Christmas and wasn't going to be without my truck through the holidays while they were closed. They said they would call me to reschedule. It has now been 3 weeks after the holidays and still no call. This is very frustrating and unprofessional on their part. More

Beyond awful experience. The only thing they have going for them is, John Garcia. He is the only reason I keep giving them a chance. Management never calls you back , no one calls you to tell you hey your for them is, John Garcia. He is the only reason I keep giving them a chance.
