I had a great experience with Volkswagen of South Charlotte. Everyone there was welcoming and friendly and my salesman Matt Hettel was top notch with customer service, care and concern of all my SUV Charlotte. He was attentive, warm and very helpful from the start. I am very pleased with the purchase of my 2023 Atlas and I would definitely recommend this dealership and Matt to anyone in the market for a new Volkswagen. Scheduled in advance to have my sun roof seal replaced while I wait. 88$ part. 20 minute job. 1 hour later, they want to charge me $180 for a "diagnosis" and 1850$ to replace the entire sun roof including glass, mechanism, frame, and housing but labeled the work as "moonroof seal".
