Thanks for fixing my car. It runs like new, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. I thought I might have to buy a new car or pay thousands to repair it. Joerg is Fabulous! He truly exuded sincerity and honesty. For the first time ever I felt confident about using this dealership for all my service needs. I brought my VW Beetle in early yesterday morning as I had a front light go out over the weekend. I did not have an appointment, but the service writer (I am sorry, but did not catch his name)got my car had a front light go out over the weekend. I did not have an appointment, but the service writer (I am sorry, but did not catch his name)got my car right in, the light fixed and I was on my way within 15 minutes! When I got to work in uptown Charlotte, I realized that I left my lunch bag at the dealership, which not only contained my lunch, but my diabetes test kit. I called the dealership just to ask that they put my lunch bag away so that I could stop by after work to pick it up. But they went one better and delivered my lunch box to me at work! I just couldn't believe the excellent customer service and how the service people went above and beyond! I am sold on VW of South Charlotte!! Thank you, C. Congelli More

Mr Kuehni demonstrates absolutely superb abilities with customers. Also, his knowledge of the workings of the VW models I own is not surpassed in my experience. I have delt with Mr Kuehni for seven years customers. Also, his knowledge of the workings of the VW models I own is not surpassed in my experience. I have delt with Mr Kuehni for seven years, for all follow-on service matters, having bought and owned three Passat GLX autos. In a manner of speaking, to continue obtaining the high level of customer support I have been accustomed to, and reliable service from my auto, I followed him from a VW dealership where he formerly worked to his current place of work at VW South Charlotte. As long as I am able, I will continue to bring my work to Mr. Kuehni, and would look to replace my vehicle at any place where I find Mr Kuehni. More

I had gone to Volkswagen South for years and the Service Dept had alway been horible. They would always tell you were 3-weeks to 3-months behind. They have recently moved some employees from Carolina Volkswagen and I got my car in the next day. I was impressed with a Mechanic Phillip Briggs, saw a Service person from Carolina who was great "Yorg" and dealt with Amanda Lee who got me in right away and was very professional. Thanks again, Jason Jetta, Passat, & now Touareg owner. More
