2014 Fusion I just purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion from J.C. Lewis Ford. My saleman, Scott Cothran, was awesome (This is actually my second car I have bought from J. I just purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion from J.C. Lewis Ford. My saleman, Scott Cothran, was awesome (This is actually my second car I have bought from J.C. Lewis and Scott). I had financing arranged before going but J.C. Lewis was able to get a better rate. I travel over 100 miles a day for work, so reliable transportation is critical. My last Fusion, a 2011, never missed a beat so I am confident my new ride will be just as reliable! - Jamie More

We could not ask for better customer service! In today's world of internet purchases and personal bank pre-approvals, it might be easy for some dealerships to look at people that walk in the door In today's world of internet purchases and personal bank pre-approvals, it might be easy for some dealerships to look at people that walk in the door as easy money. I never once had this feeling from J.C Lewis Ford. The minute I arrived at the dealership to check on a used vehicle I had seen online I was greeted by Bruce Roseman and from that minute on I knew this would be a great experience. I let him know that this would be an easy deal with our pre-approval and he ran with it from there. We talked with Mr. Joe Welch who was very accommodating to myself and my family which was very important to me as a customer. After getting the details hashed out we sat down with the finance department and that is where Mr. Greg Roberts took over. He reminded me about some things that I had forgotten in the car buying process which was a tremendous help before the loan was final. After all was said and done we left with our nicely used 2014 Honda Accord Sport and we could not have asked for a more pleasant car buying experience! Thanks for everything! More

Recently my husband was involved in an accident. His truck was totaled as a result. Living in the country we needed a vehicle that could be used for light hauling etc. We had heard from other family m truck was totaled as a result. We went to look and the selections were plentiful. Met David Capote and explained our needs. He immediately showed us several options that he felt would fit our needs. Once we test drove the Ford Escape he had shown us our decision was easy. Buying a used vehicle you want to be sure that your dealer is going to stand behind your purchase and that their service department is going to give you a fair price when needed. We had heard J.C. Lewis's Service Dept. was the place to go. Once we made our choice David introduced us to Joe Welch to complete the deal. Joe explained everything to us step by step and also explained the option packages available. We would highly recommend J.C. Lewis Ford to anyone thinking of purchasing a new or used vehicle. I was very pleased with the service I received with J C Lewis Ford. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable about their vehicles. The staff was not pushy which was a major plus with me. They did everything I asked and didn't try to force anything on me that I didn't want. I feel they were fair with the price of the vehicle as well. I would recommend J C Lewis Ford to friends and family and will purchase a vehicle from them in the future if the need arises. More

Excellent service, had run numbers before visit and came in really close to our number going in. The extra work touching up the paint offset the difference.
