After a change in career direction, Joe returned to Volvo Cars Annapolis in 2018 and has reconnected with many of his previous clients. Joe enjoys spending time with his two sons, Brian and David and being grandfather to his beautiful twin granddaughters, Ana & Isabelle. A long-time resident of Anne Arundel County, Joe also enjoys golf and the beach.

Good morning my name is Franklin, I purchase a Volvo this Friday, my sales man Travis Bailey was great, from walking into the showroom the first time to the day I pick up the car, the whole staff at the deal Friday, my sales man Travis Bailey was great, from walking into the showroom the first time to the day I pick up the car, the whole staff at the dealership was very attentive, the over all attention was first class, I highly recommend this dealership Volvo Cars Annapolis, the attention to detail is unsurpassed, I have gone to other dealerships and this on is hands down the best, I love my Volvo XC90 Recharge, it has features are awesome, Travis took his time going over all the features explaining all of them to my wife and I my 4 year all son love it he was static, the build in child sear is perfect for him, the mileage is gives you is excellent, my over all experience with this dealership and vehicle makes me only want to buy in the future another Volvo and only from Volvo Cars Annapolis, the whole staff from management to financing all every employee I met was top notch, this is the only place to come. I would like to thank everyone for the number one service my family and I received, keep up the great job. More

The hole experience was great Travis was very professional, also everyone in the dealership was very attentive to all my questions, could not be happier with the overall attention, I definitely w professional, also everyone in the dealership was very attentive to all my questions, could not be happier with the overall attention, I definitely would come back when ever I need to purchase a second Volvo, excelente service this was my first time at this dealership, I will recommend this dealership to all my friends, Travis took his time explaining all the features of the Volvo I bought and ask me to please contact him if I needed any further help with understanding anything I have questions about my Volvo I love me XC90 recharge it runs excellent, I love it it’s definitely the number on Volvo dealership hands down.
