Joe joined the Annapolis Cars Volvo family in 2001 and assisted many Volvo drivers for more than six years. After a change in career direction, Joe returned to Volvo Cars Annapolis in 2018 and has reconnected with many of his previous clients. Joe enjoys spending time with his two sons, Brian and David and being grandfather to his beautiful twin granddaughters, Ana & Isabelle. A long-time resident of Anne Arundel County, Joe also enjoys golf and the beach.

Fantastic experience buying my brand new 2023 XC90 Plug-in Hybrid! None that “hi-pressure” sales environment that usually happens when buying a car. It was a pleasure working with Joe Moore for the purchase of my CPO Volvo XC60. After a few emails, we quickly worked out a deal that I felt happy with. Joe knew I was in a rush the day of the purchase and a of my CPO Volvo XC60. After a few emails, we quickly worked out a deal that I felt happy with. Joe knew I was in a rush the day of the purchase and all the of paperwork was ready to go. I was in and out of the dealership with my new car in 45 mins. He even allowed me to leave my older car at the dealership's back lot while we took the new car on our road trip. It was a simple and easy transaction. More
