He takes the time to be sure you understand the service being recommended and listens very well to your questions and concerns. He does not pressure your to have it performed at that time if you choose not to do it. He has been very helpful in discussing a problem, even when called from out of state. Klaben has been excellent at standing behind their repairs. They did a brake job and readily replaced the rotors when they failed 15,000 miles after the repair. More

I purchases five cars (3 used and two new) and presently am leasing a sixth 2015 Chrysler 200. All service is done at Klaben. My association with the sales department for the past decade plus has been with Justin Bolen and Brian Franklin. I won't go any where else and work exclusively with these two. And why? Because I get the best service and direction from Justin and Franklin. I trust them and respect their honesty and integrity. More

Most professional repair visit I've ever had! Took my Jeep Patriot in for an oil leak and a tire rotation. My service writer Joe Hillard was courteous, professional and caring. He promptly assigned my Jeep to Mike Hall for the repair and inspection. Mike was very thorough and discovered a rear brake issue. They fixed my oil leak, rear brakes and provided me with a more than fair price. Joe kept me informed of the progress as I waited for my Jeep. The Service Manager Mike VanHoose personally thanked me for coming in and having my Jeep serviced there. WOW!!! I will not hesitate bringing my Jeep here when it needs any other work. What a TEAM! More

Dodge Journey I found the car we were looking for on Klabens website. We live in Akron so we drove to Kent to look at the vehicle and it was very nice and matched o I found the car we were looking for on Klabens website. We live in Akron so we drove to Kent to look at the vehicle and it was very nice and matched our needs. A salesman approached us and we told him we were interested in driving it and possibly buying. He was very polite and helpful in answering our questions. Turns out we closed a deal after some negotiating and bought the vehicle. There was no pressure on making decisions or hidden agendas like you have with most dealerships. We were pleased with our purchase and the manner in which the employees at the dealership presented theirselves. Calm cool atmosphere. Big Thanks to Nick Brandt for all the help. More
