Simple, easy, and wonderful I went in to buy my first car and felt completely at ease with everything. I never felt pressured and always felt like I was being treated wonderful. They gave me the best deals and gave me several options making it simple for me to make the absolute best decision. Five Star Ford had the car, and Joe got it priced right. No pressure and a pleasant experience. My wife and I had been looking for another car since her 2004 Buick Regal got too old and obsolete to be econom No pressure and a pleasant experience. My wife and I had been looking for another car since her 2004 Buick Regal got too old and obsolete to be economically repaired. We couldn't find a Buick that had the same features and comfort that the old car had so we decided to look for one that had the same feel. We went to several dealerships looking for a car. By the time we reached Five Star Ford we had determined what would work for us but still had not found the vehicle that fit us. Joe Ferrentilli met us out on the lot and after driving a few cars we found a used one that we liked. We had previously told Joe the price range we were looking for ($15-20K) and he managed to get us a price of $18.5K. According to my mechanic, they gave us a little bit higher trade in value than our old car was worth and the car we bought, a 2012 KIA Sorento, is a sound, dependable vehicle. This is an excellent dealership and our salesman is top notch. More

I sure hope Sam Pack enjoys the money that he made from me. Salesman was very good. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its many unique features. He was persistent in making the sale but not in a way that was offending. I did not much care for the long wait for the finance department but understand the busy day that they had. Many people were waiting for the finance department at a late hour and free pizza was delivered to those waiting. I thought that was a nice gesture on the part of the dealership. I can tell you that my sale would not have happened today without the effort of the salesman. In addition to his effort, the effort of the finance group to lower my percentage for the loan was key. Having poor credit I very much appreciate their ability to get me qualified. I am not sure why it took two visits today to get the price right and the percentage of the loan lowered but I am happy that we all stuck with it. More

Great example of how a salesman should be! I went with my husband to Five Star Ford to look for a Fusion. Joe was the only salesman that walked out to greet us (unless it was just coincidence). I am always leery about going into dealerships because of how bombarded you can get. Joe approached us very kindly, which we appreciated. He was patient and answered all of our questions throughout the process. He even waited around until we were completely done rather than just dumping us on Finance and leaving. It was getting close to 10 pm at that point! Thank you Joe for your great customer service! More

I was able to locate this dealership as it came up on numerous search programs for cars. After two months of looking around I decided on 5 Star. I went and as soon as I parked Mr. Farantelli immediately numerous search programs for cars. After two months of looking around I decided on 5 Star. I went and as soon as I parked Mr. Farantelli immediately asked if I needed any help. I talked with Justin Compton, we went back and forth over car details and I was able to execute a test drive. I went and spent three more days checking around for other deals. Unfortunately, the dealership is too far from my mechanic and it took a small snafu in paperwork to allow me the opportunity to get it looked at. Mechanics found nothing wrong, in fact they mentioned the previous owner had taken good care of the engine even replacing all the hoses. Good stuff. Compton wasn't kidding when he announced, "there is nothing wrong with that car". I still haven't found a dealership with better options. More

I first went in myself to look at several cars and test drive a few of them. Joe was extremely helpful and talked with me about both the vehicles i drove that day (a Explorer and a Fusion). I needed to have my wife come and drive the Explorer before makeing a decision. It took several weeks for this to happen. Joe called me once to follow up but was then patient until i could come in. My wife and i were very satified with the vehicle and the way Joe helped us with all our questions during the test drive as well as during the purchase process. He also followed up a day after our purchase to make sure we were still satified. I really appreciate that. More
