The dealership was great to work with and provided us with a great deal. The sales rep, Tammy Morrison , was knowledgeable, patient, easy to work with and very friendly. We appreciate the dealership, the with a great deal. The sales rep, Tammy Morrison , was knowledgeable, patient, easy to work with and very friendly. We appreciate the dealership, the entire staff, and the Galvin family for everything they did to put us in a new vehicle. The only area that I believe could be improved upon is the amount of time it takes to go through the entire process of purchasing a new vehicle. We were there nearly 4 hours for the whole process to take place. That’s a little long. But, overall, a very good experience. More

Brought in my Escape for transmission repair 3 months ago. The transmission had been rebuilt in 2 weeks but 3 months later the issue happened again even worse. Nobody apologized but at least I was promis ago. The transmission had been rebuilt in 2 weeks but 3 months later the issue happened again even worse. Nobody apologized but at least I was promised to fix it asap.. now it’s the third week the car staying in the service parking lot without any move.. it’s almost impossible to reach out service department on a phone so I stopped by 3 times already to discuss in person. Each time I was promised that the car would be repaired asap but still nothing going on. Nobody able to provide any time frame so it might be next month, next year or never.. absolutely disappointing that nobody responding on a phone and doesn’t return calls. I have asked if I could talk to the General manager but unfortunately I was told GM is unavailable for customers like me. There is no miracle at the shop for sure… More
