Bought a new 2017 CRV Larry Ellerbeck again sold us another Honda. We are very happy with his knowledge of all Honda vehicles. Just bought another car from Honda of Lincoln This is the fourth vehicle that my wife and I have bought from Brian Kreuzberg. He thoughtful, dependable, and best of all, he is honest and trustwor This is the fourth vehicle that my wife and I have bought from Brian Kreuzberg. He thoughtful, dependable, and best of all, he is honest and trustworthy. Those two traits are the most important to us. He is always willing to help and he makes things happen. We enjoy dealing with Brian so much that we have recommended him to our friends. To us on a scale from one to ten, he is a twenty. Thanks again Brian for the wonderful car buying experience. More

Honda Customer for Life My car stopped running at 5:45pm. Thankfully I was just getting to my apartment. I called Honda of Lincoln who stated it was most likely my battery My car stopped running at 5:45pm. Thankfully I was just getting to my apartment. I called Honda of Lincoln who stated it was most likely my battery or my alternator after describing the problem. They informed me that it was covered by warranty as well as road side assistance. Justin Wiley went above and beyond and offered to drive to me a temporary vehicle to use while my car was being repaired. He arrived at 7:10pm. The important part that really made the service exceptional was that the service department that would normally handle the replacement car was closed. Justin was willing to take my call, and after getting approval from a supervisor, drove the temporary car even though that was not required in his job description. I called road side assistance who arrived to pick up my car ahead of schedule at 7:20pm. The gentlemen that picked up my car dropped off my car, got my car started and rolled up my window at the dealer. He informed me everything was taken care of. I also received text message updates while waiting for him to arrive from the service provider. Every representative that I spoke with either on the phone in customer service, at the dealer, or in person displayed outstanding customer service and empathy for my situation. Yes my car was under warrenty however it is the service that ultimetly provides the satisfaction in this type of situation. At the end of the day my car issue was resolved in under two hours. Thank you Honda of Lincoln. Trevor Roberts P.S. It is worth mentioning that Mike O'Donnell helped me purchase the car nearly three years ago and made my purchase experience amazing as well. I did not take the time then to mention it however I would like to make that apparent now. More

Help in a jam My son and I were driving from Burlington, Vermont, to Denver, Colorada, in his 2004 Honda Civic. On the second day of our trip, getting ready to sto My son and I were driving from Burlington, Vermont, to Denver, Colorada, in his 2004 Honda Civic. On the second day of our trip, getting ready to stop for the night pulling off I 80 and at the first stop our car stalled. Luckily we were able to get it started again and I asked my son to look up the local Honda dealer. We called and spoke to Bob Vargar. He told us to come in the next day and he would help us as best as he could. Luckily we were able to make it to the hotel and get to the dealership at 7 o'clock in the morning. They took us right in. They had the car up on the lift. The service advisor, Jim Hudson, and the mechanic (sorry I don't know his name), told us that the air compressor had seized and tore our A/C alternator belt. They discovered a way to circumvent the air compressor and get us on the road quicker than I ever could have imagined. My son and I made it to Denver that evening with the help of all the kind people in Lincoln Honda. Everybody was helpful and caring. More

They Always Exceed My Expectations I keep coming back to Honda of Lincoln (formerly Williamson's Honda) for their sales and service because they have never disappointed me with the qual I keep coming back to Honda of Lincoln (formerly Williamson's Honda) for their sales and service because they have never disappointed me with the quality of their people or their work. Most of the time my expectations are exceeded. I recently traded my 2010 Honda CR-V by way of a dealer pass-through to my sister. When my new 2015 CR-V Touring hadn't arrived by my sister's planned Mothers Day visit from CO, the salesman, Larry Ellerbeck, contacted me and offered me a dealer loaner to use until my vehicle was available. He remembered the details of our transaction, and volunteered to help us out without my asking! When my new CR-V was ready and I was able to pick it up, Larry had it equipped exactly as I wanted. The vehicle was sparkling new inside and out, and has proven to be a distinct improvement in every way over my older model. It has much better sound insulation with much less road noise, better ergonomics, and of course far better features. There has been a steep learning curve regarding the car's systems, but when I took possession Larry spent considerable time acquainting me with the new features and controls while making sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. The Honda Owners' Web site, owners.honda.com has been an invaluable resource. I was able to download the Owner's Manual and other information about a number of my vehicle's special features in order to prepare for ownership and to use as learning aids along the way. I have them, PDF's all, on an Android tablet that I can take with me into the vehicle when I have specific questions. More

Considering trading, I once again went to Honda of Lincoln. I could not have been more pleased with the service and attention my wife and I received as we investigated the vehicles here. From the moment we entered the showroom to when we received the keys to our Piilot our experience was exceptional! Each contact we had from various people on the showroom floor, our specific sales representative, reception individuals, finance personnel was most cordial and helpful. I know from past experience the quality of operation throughout this dealership, and we are very happy to be back as customers, and are looking forward to receiving great service and attention to our needs over the years ahead.
