Honda of Lincoln works on all of my vehicles, a 2011 Honda Pilot and two Jeeps. Larry Holtmeier is an excellent mechanic, and he corrects the problem first time, every time. Jim always does a good job Honda Pilot and two Jeeps. Larry Holtmeier is an excellent mechanic, and he corrects the problem first time, every time. Jim always does a good job of communicating with me on different repair options. I recommend Williamson/Honda of Lincoln to everyone. More

Best Service as usual. It was fast and minor repair issues were discussed with me after the oil change was done. We took our daughter's Jeep to Williamsons ( we also own a Honda Odysee) because we kno issues were discussed with me after the oil change was done. Service is always completed in a timely manner. I enjoy working with pleasant and knowledgeable people. While in the dealership, I was also able to see Scott Reineke, who sold us both of our Honda vehic working with pleasant and knowledgeable people. The service department at Williamson's always meets, and most often exceeds our expectations. When you need a ride, they have one. When they tell you a time, they are early. When there is a price differe most often exceeds our expectations. When you need a ride, they have one. When they tell you a time, they are early. When there is a price difference, they notify and work with you. If there is a problem they fix it. You always feel your vehicle and business is important to them. I was charged almost $100 to be told there definitely was something wrong but they didn't know what it was and I'd have to pay more to continue to try to figure it out. It may or may not have been covered u something wrong but they didn't know what it was and I'd have to pay more to continue to try to figure it out. It may or may not have been covered under warranty, so they charged me and said if they later figure out it was, they'll reimburse me. How am I supposed to be satisfied with this experience? I feel like I threw $100 away and there's still something wrong with the car so I have to take it in somewhere else. More

Williamson Honda of Lincoln Nebraska has a great sales team that has been there for several years. When you combine that with the extremely experienced and trustworthy service department I have a hard tim team that has been there for several years. When you combine that with the extremely experienced and trustworthy service department I have a hard time imagining myself buying another new car from anybody else. Just got our 60,000 mile service on our 2008 Accord. This car will be in the family for a long time. Thanks Williamson Honda for your customer service! More

The staff at Honda greeted me promptly when I pulled up for an express oil change. Told me the wait would be about 40 min. A staff member than came in and said the wiper blades could be replaced and got for an express oil change. Told me the wait would be about 40 min. A staff member than came in and said the wiper blades could be replaced and got my approval before automatically changing them and charging me. Service was done within 40 min time frame. Snacks, water, and magazines or the tv kept me occupied. I didn't bring my coupon with me but they did give me a few dollars off my oil change. Everything seemed to go well. More

Always a pleasure to deal with Williamson Honda, whether it is with Jim in Service or Brian in Sales...A very comfortable experience. Both work real hard to make sure we are happy.
