I’ve come through repeatedly to have routine maintenance done on my crosstrek and I almost always end up talking with Wilfred Chan (Will). Throughly impressed with each interaction, and Will’s a really kind done on my crosstrek and I almost always end up talking with Wilfred Chan (Will). Throughly impressed with each interaction, and Will’s a really kind guy. I know a fair amount about my vehicle but he’a always happy to answer more details questions, explain the why behind his recommendations, and send me out the door knowing more about my car. Everything was great except my husband was the one who waited for the car. He is crippled and limps with a cane. When he paid he was handed the paperwork and told that the car was “up front”. After limping past seven cars waiting for service he found our car parked on the side of the building behind another car. The doors were locked and he couldn’t get in. So he had to limp back to the service desk and ask for the fob. It was found hanging two service desks down from where he’d gotten the paperwork. He was not happy! More

I’m driving my 4th Subaru , and I wouldn’t take it anywhere but Tom Wood Subaru to be serviced. Everyone inn the service department, especially Joe, has always been completely professional while treat anywhere but Tom Wood Subaru to be serviced.
