The service at this dealership is awful. From no one answering the phone in any department after trying more than 20 times several days in a row to being laughed at when you show up and brin From no one answering the phone in any department after trying more than 20 times several days in a row to being laughed at when you show up and bring up that no one will answer the phones. I will never go back to this dealership if they were giving away cars or offering me free service on my vehicle. More

The first finance guy I dealt with Shawn was extremely nice and wanted to do what he could to get the deal done, he respected my payment boundaries and really tried to help. He knew we knew the game so he nice and wanted to do what he could to get the deal done, he respected my payment boundaries and really tried to help. He knew we knew the game so he wasn’t even trying to play with me! Jerry came across as racist in my opinion and all the little black guys just work on his plantation. He wasn’t friendly didn’t speak to me I had to speak first just weird especially considering I was buying a $150k vehicle. I literally seen his energy change with white customers! Dondre was the bomb he was responsive and easy to work with. Never knew what happened to Shawn they said he had a family ER but the energy was strange after he left. I was told I only got approved by one bank just to receive several approval letters in the mail which means they weren’t going to get the points off of me that they wanted from those banks. I went through my credit union and I’m glad I did.They forced a paint and leather protection warranty on me saying I had no choice. I probably wouldn’t go back because I feel like if your spending $1 or $1M the GM should be the most welcoming person in the building but if I did I would go back for Shawn and Dondre. More

Went in for AC repair. They filled it with Freon and charged me $430. Freon all leaked out within two days. Took it back and they wanted to keep it for three days. Declined, brought it to another shop for a second opinion. Brought that estimate back to ALM south and they told me their work was guaranteed and if I left it and they could fix the problem my $430 would be rolled into the cost of further repair. Agreed to this and the kept it for two weeks. Got it back, Freon leaked out in two days again. Took it back again. They kept it for another two weeks. When they called me to come pick it up they said they found the leak and repairs would cost $3500. Plus the headlights did not work. I insisted they check the lights and went into the service bay to oversee the work. Two low level techs were discussing my car and didn’t realize I was the owner and were saying “he just gone have to wait”. They tried to throw me out of the service bay and threatened to call the police. I remained and got the service manager and the AC technician to show me the blown bulbs in my headlights. They refused to replace the bulbs, which were both working when I dropped the car off. Throughout the ordeal I had spoken to the dealership boss and the head of the company with zero effort from either one to help me get to the bottom of the issues. No one answers when you call and the managers voicemail always says mailbox full. This is a horrible dealership and no one should ever use their services or buy a car from them. The repairs needed were done by another shop in a day and a half and only cost me $1700. More

This dealership prioritizes money over customers. I had 2 different finance managers lie to me just to sell additional products to make more money for themselves and the dealership. Then to make matt I had 2 different finance managers lie to me just to sell additional products to make more money for themselves and the dealership. Then to make matters worse, GM Jerry Howell condones the deceitful practices his employees engage in by blaming the customer instead of doing the right thing. More

Most of our transaction was by phone. Pick up was pretty easy and quick. Just a little lost when done with finance. I would just recommend staying outside the finance office to walk customers through the final steps. overall, Kavonte was very nice, personable and told us how to use the car features. More
