I would give them a negative 10 if I could. DO NOT buy from them!!!! We purchased a vehicle on 11/17/2023 and have yet to receive the car. Last week I received a statement from the financing co DO NOT buy from them!!!! We purchased a vehicle on 11/17/2023 and have yet to receive the car. Last week I received a statement from the financing company that our first car note is due in about 10 days and yet we have no car from ALM Kia South. We have begged and pleaded with a manager to call us yet no call from anyone not even our salesperson. The only way the salesperson will speak with us is if we call her. We asked for a copy of our documents that we had signed and was told no as the transaction was not complete, yet we have to pay our first payment in about 10 days, so how in the world is the first payment due if the transaction is not complete???? I am going to call the media about this as this is very unscrupulous and highly suspicious in my opinion!! More

The service at this dealership is awful. From no one answering the phone in any department after trying more than 20 times several days in a row to being laughed at when you show up and brin From no one answering the phone in any department after trying more than 20 times several days in a row to being laughed at when you show up and bring up that no one will answer the phones. I will never go back to this dealership if they were giving away cars or offering me free service on my vehicle. More

The first finance guy I dealt with Shawn was extremely nice and wanted to do what he could to get the deal done, he respected my payment boundaries and really tried to help. He knew we knew the game so he nice and wanted to do what he could to get the deal done, he respected my payment boundaries and really tried to help. He knew we knew the game so he wasn’t even trying to play with me! Jerry came across as racist in my opinion and all the little black guys just work on his plantation. He wasn’t friendly didn’t speak to me I had to speak first just weird especially considering I was buying a $150k vehicle. I literally seen his energy change with white customers! Dondre was the bomb he was responsive and easy to work with. Never knew what happened to Shawn they said he had a family ER but the energy was strange after he left. I was told I only got approved by one bank just to receive several approval letters in the mail which means they weren’t going to get the points off of me that they wanted from those banks. I went through my credit union and I’m glad I did.They forced a paint and leather protection warranty on me saying I had no choice. I probably wouldn’t go back because I feel like if your spending $1 or $1M the GM should be the most welcoming person in the building but if I did I would go back for Shawn and Dondre. More
