My recent repair cost me almost $2800. I was charged over $1500 for the hand brake assembly itself. I have found the same OEM part online for $300-$400. I came in to get my Kia serviced for its 30,000 mile maintenance and spoke with Jeremy about how I needed my 30,000 mile maint done and he told me that his service guys leave at 5pm so I would need to l maintenance and spoke with Jeremy about how I needed my 30,000 mile maint done and he told me that his service guys leave at 5pm so I would need to leave my car overnight so they can do what is needed in the morning. That was no problem so I left my vehicle at the dealership. The next day around 11am I came to the dealership to see how things were going and went to the service bay where they were working on my car. I asked the guy if he saw anything that needed attention from the 30,000 mile maint and he told me they were only told to do a routine oil change and no one told them to do a 30,000 mile maint routine. I was shocked that Jeremy didn’t advise anyone what was needed to be done. When they went to ask Jeremy about this he was not at work that day so the manager advised them to take car back to do what was needed. He went over the price for me on this which is $699 and I told him yes I am good with that cause that is the same price Jeremy told me the day before. They made it right for me which is why I am giving the dealership a 5 star rating but the advisor Jeremy a 1 star cause he made it very clear that he was not listening to a single word I said that day and since it was the end of the day it shows he was only thinking about getting off and going home. For me that is a serious problem cause it reflects that Jeremy is only there for a paycheck. Now on another note the representative who I would love to give EXCELLENT recognition to is Genesis. This woman really takes the time to listen to you about the concerns you have for your car and will go the extra mile to make sure to get the answers you are seeking about your car. Never once did she get aggravated with me about all my many questions and each and every time she took the time to go ask and inquire the service team about my questions. The exceptional and respectful professionalism that she exhibits is truly outstanding and deserves to be acknowledged. I have had her as my rep before and also experienced a great interaction with her at that time as well. She took care of the mess Jeremy left and for that I am truly grateful. It’s sad on Jeremy’s part cause I even told him about my bad experience with Dyer Kia in Lake Wales and he mirrored that same experience but I will not fault Regal Kia for one representative cause they made it right that next morning. I will still use Regal Kia for my services and I will always want Genesis for my representative. Thank you Genesis for being a wonderful example of what a caring service provider should be. And thank you Regal Kia for making things right. More

I want to advise everyone not to contact here at all, we bought a car on credit, well, the radio screen did not work in it, on January 8 we came, we were told to wait for when Justin , As it turned out, thi bought a car on credit, well, the radio screen did not work in it, on January 8 we came, we were told to wait for when Justin , As it turned out, this fact was not noted by them, I did not receive an SMS from their service ,So that I could come and they saved the serial number, after that the radio screen did not work, as a result, I wrote to them and they invited me to come today, I came because I had written to them before that the screen was not working again, at first I was met by an employee Jeremy, without listening to me immediately began to say that we you were told that after 30 days you would come to change your screen, that we did not change it for you, they were not even aware that their employee Justin deceived them without noting this fact anywhere, Jeremy behaved extremely inappropriately, he did not even call my managSo that I could come and they saved the serial number, after that the radio screen did not work, as a result, I wrote to them and they invited me to come today, I came because I had written to them before that the screen was not working again, at first I was met by an employee Jeremy, without listening to me immediately began to say that we you were told that after 30 days you would come to change your screen, that we did not change it for you, they were not even aware that their employee Justin deceived them without noting this fact anywhere, Jeremy behaved extremely inappropriately, he did not even call my manager, he almost began to accuse me and when with they tried to talk to him, he didn't want to confirm, and then when he realized that he was a liar and I was their office, he said, like we were changing and all that More
