Ricardo was excellent, patient, determined to accommodate my situation of replacing a vehicle that was in the collison shop. Also ask questions of my needs, how much traveling etc. The frustrations with a ne my situation of replacing a vehicle that was in the collison shop. Also ask questions of my needs, how much traveling etc. The frustrations with a new phone has left me uncomfortable of further business with the dealership. How would I know first three letters of anyone? It was impossible to get a representative on the phone or to know which department to contact. For example Minnesota vehicles must have license on front and back. What is needed to attach license on front?? Da! Who knows in your facility? The real problem big phone companies know little about personal relationships so all is treated like the big C's all digital! Your company now has to act big and impersonable. You may have forgotten that you are a small town in Florida that you are not always attracting customers who are techies from San Francisco or New York city. Ok, need help, who do I get information to attach a license on the front. Next what is status of my 2018 RX 450h in the Collison shop. When will it be available drive out of repair shop. If these questions are not addressed then you stepped out of bounds with the new phone system. Next never received the final closing statement related to the purchase of the 2019 RX 450h. Who will send it? Email? Or US Mail. And when will it be sent?
