Erin was excellent to work with! I was extremely satisfied with my experience and purchase of my first Lexus. Chuck was also very good to work with. My only concern/reservatio I was extremely satisfied with my experience and purchase of my first Lexus. Chuck was also very good to work with. My only concern/reservation was the car was advertised as a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus when in fact it did not meet the criteria when the service department conducted the inspection. Even on the day of purchase, the website still advertised the vehicle as certified. I was informed it was due to the tires on the vehicle. I would have preferred a certified pre owned car, As a result I purchased a warranty that I may not have if the vehicle was certified. More
