I really apprecia The good and the bad After I sent out my original review Wilde Toyota reached out to us about our problems that we've been having. I really appreciate the effort that they made to make the issues right. Randy Dunn, Rachel Pigo, and PJ O'Rourke were very professional, apologetic and respectful of my wife and myself. They were very patient with us and answered our questions. They also left it so if we have any more questions to contact them freely. Now the bad. The night we came to Wilde Toyota to get our questions answered the first person to come to us was Jeff Klawitter from finance. The same person who was incredibly rude to my wife over the phone. (The same person who I wrote the review about originally) Once again he was rude and aggressive when talking to us. I got up in the middle of the conversation walked away and strongly requested someone else to talk to. He was not even sympathetic or apologetic he was just plain mean and confrontational. Jeff Klawitter was even a bigger JERK in person then he was on the phone. If this was my store Jeff Klawitter would either be going through some major customer service retraining or would not be employed. We have a problem with the car that we brought from Wilde and tried get help but Jeff wouldn't even give us respect. We first called and he said he would call us back in 15 minutes. 4 hours later he called back. He was nothing short of being a JERK to my wife. Our family has purchased 5 vehicles for the past years from Wilde and have never been treated so poorly. For us to reach out to Wilde and get treated so terribly is disgusting. As of now we will never purchase another vehicle from this company. More

You spent a great deal of time showing us a variety of vehicles that would allow for his taller frame. He did not come in with a specific make or model in mind and you helped him narrow down his choices gradually. You and the others at Wilde Toyota worked hard to make his first auto purchase a success! More

I got a very friendly salesman, who although admitted to be fairly new at his job, was able to make me and my husband feel that he cared about our car buying experience. I did feel that at times he was a little "pushy" trying to persuade me to buy my dream vehicle, and I first looked at it understanding the anxiety that can come along with any new job, but then his boss seemed to try to do the same, which if it wouldn't have been the car I really wanted, it would have totally thrown me off. My advice to them is that along with treating people nicely, the only thing you can work on it's getting as much knowledge as you can on the products you are selling so you can present people facts about the advantages of the vehicle and therefore help a customer feel they are making a good decision based on that rather than making them feel like a car is "trying to be sold" to them. That is what builds trust. If you are in the business just to make quick numbers, then customer satisfaction will never be your number one priority. Anyways, they were pleasant and easy to work with and I did get a car I love at the payments rate I wanted, so I think they did a good job, but could maybe work on what was mentioned above. More

Good deal, good sales person Just bought a brand new 2016 RAV4 from here. Tony was very efficient with the process of getting us a great deal on my car as well as ensuring that I Just bought a brand new 2016 RAV4 from here. Tony was very efficient with the process of getting us a great deal on my car as well as ensuring that I got want I wanted in the car--my remote start! I greatly appreciate his help ensuring good customer service. My husband and I had bought a brand new corolla from here in 2010 and had great service so we returned back to Wilde. Our experience with our sales person Tony was great, however, dealing with the finance department was not. I had qualified for the college grad rebate of receiving $750 off the deal that Toyota had going on. During my car negotiation, I came to a consensus on the price offer as well as being approved for the 0% finance. However, with me wanting the college grad rebate i was told to bring my documents back. According to the disclaimer, yet I quote: "Must provide proof of qualification and any one of the following documents will be accepted: (a) copy of diploma; OR (b) letter from the college/university/trade school registrar’s office stating graduation date and type of degree or certification earned; OR (c) copy of the final transcript confirming graduation date and type of degree earned; OR (d) copy of current transcript (or letter from college/university registrar’s office) confirming current enrollment in a graduate degree program." I decided that I would come back the next day with the required documentation and put down a payment to hold the vehicle. The first night we dealt with Vicki the Financial Manager, was told that I could email or fax the documents to her Director Jeff Klawitter. Since I graduated in December of 2015, and have yet to receive my diploma from my school, I had to use my unofficial transcripts. I provided my unofficial transcript, pay stub, and my utility bill per the disclaimer via email and even took it in. Vicki gave me her card and Jeff's card, in which I called her to let her know that I had sent in my information and requested a confirmation of them receiving it (since it has all my personal information on there). I asked for a call back or just a simple email from Jeff to confirm that they had received it but DID NOT receive any confirmation. My husband and I decided to bring in the documents instead "just in case." When I got there, I was greet by Tony, he was very professional and asked if I had sent in the information requested. I told him I had emailed it to Jeff, however, he asked for the documents to make copies of it in case it was not received (which I'm sure it was still hanging out in someone's email). Tony went to meet with the financial people and they stated that my unofficial transcript was not sufficient. Yet, on their disclaimer, it did not state whether it should be an official or unofficial, and was told to get my "official transcripts." I called my school and was told it was going to take 6-8 wks. I spent the whole day trying to get in reach of Vicki and/or Jeff and they both did not even pick up any calls. I finally called the finance department itself, and talked to the manager to the director and was told that they would look into it that saturday and call me back before they closed. I emailed my BSN degree verification and school info to the person I spoke with for them to forward it Vicki so that my paper work would go to Toyota by Monday and I would be able to sign and take the car home. Yet again, NO CALL BACK, nor follow up as promised by the finance director before they closed on Saturday. I was VERY VERY FRUSTRATED, dealing with the finance department with people telling me they would call me back but no one did. NO ONE EVER DID! I finally decided to give Tony a call on his cellphone, as listed on his card, and told him that if there was no follow up on Monday I no longer wanted the car. I was tired of being told this is that about the $750 off, and I'm very sure that none of those finance people read the disclaimer on their website. I had to verbalize and read back their disclaimers to them in order to get the point across. They told me that it's "up to toyota to decide," and i totally understand that, but I provided the necessary document to the people yet it was not accepted and NO FOLLOW UP! When I expressed this to Tony, I addressed my concern right away and took care of the issue. When I went in on Monday to see them, I saw Tony at the desk speaking with a person about my case. She then told him that everything was approved and for him to call me back. I called after him to let him know that I was already there and heard it. We finally settle the deal and I was able to take the car home. Overall, my recommendation to potential buyers is that deal with the sales rep and send all the necessary documents to them and not the finance people because if you send it to finance, it just get put off. From my experience, Tony was the person who got the job and deal sealed for me. DEAL WITH THE SALES REP! More
