Jimmy has gone above and beyond with demonstrating excellence, care, and kindness when he recently helped me purchase my new vehicle. Side note - I purchased a Toyota Corolla Cross, which I absolutely love! My father was also with me to help guide me through the car purchase process, and he was also equally impressed with Jimmy. From the moment that I met Jimmy and began talking with him, I immediately felt more at ease, as I was initially feeling nervous walking into Wilde Toyota. Tommy was very helpful in picking the right car and was very honest throughout the whole process. The only reason I gave them a 4 was because the website I was looking at said they had the car I wanted but when we got there they said it was scheduled to arrive. I ended up leaving with a used car and ever was looking at said they had the car I wanted but when we got there they said it was scheduled to arrive. Bill did such a great job helping us find just the right RAV4. He kept in close contact and helped us order the perfect model.
